The ‘Diable’ is using one of the most ancient cooking technic called dry steaming. Thanks to different components, it can steam, dry steam, infuse, cook and preserve thanks to the inherent quality of stoneware.
This version brings back traditional ways of cooking by looking at the past to think about the present ; an ode to the heritage of stoneware manufacturers and makers from Burgundy which slowly disappeared over the last century.
